LetsGoal Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: September 29, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and LetsGoal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and act as the end user license agreement for the LetsGoal app. By creating an account, signing in, or using LetsGoal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LetsGoal.
• You are responsible for your account and for everything posted from it. Keep your sign-in details secure.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate anyone.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LetsGoal for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. If you downloaded LetsGoal from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if these Terms conflict with it, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.

3. Your Content

You own the goals, progress posts, photos, videos, comments, and other content you post (“Your Content”). By posting it, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share Your Content as needed to operate LetsGoal, according to the visibility settings you choose. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to post it.

4. Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior Are Not Allowed

You agree not to post content or behave in a way that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, or stalks anyone.
• Is hateful or discriminatory, or attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizes minors in any way.
• Shows or promotes violence, self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities, or encourages others to harm themselves.
• Promotes illegal activity, drugs, weapons sales, or terrorism.
• Is spam, a scam, or misleading, or infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Shares someone else’s personal information without permission.

5. How We Keep LetsGoal Safe

• Filtering: we automatically block posts, comments, goals, and usernames that contain objectionable language.
• Reporting: you can report any goal, progress post, comment, or user from the “⋯” menu. Reported content is hidden from you right away.
• Blocking: you can block any user. Their content is removed from your feed immediately, they can’t comment on your posts, and we are notified so we can review their behavior.
• Review within 24 hours: we review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these Terms we remove it, and we remove (eject) the user who posted it.

6. Termination

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently remove any account that breaks these Terms, at our discretion and without notice. Removed users may not create a new account. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

7. Disclaimers

LetsGoal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for content posted by users, although we act on content that breaks these Terms as described above. LetsGoal is not medical, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LetsGoal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use LetsGoal after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
