LetsGoal Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: September 22, 2026

If you would like LetsGoal to delete your account data, profile information, or data associated with your use of Google or Facebook Login, please follow the instructions below.

Option 1: Delete From the App

1. Open the LetsGoal app and sign in.
2. Go to your profile or account settings.
3. Choose Delete Account (when available in your app version) and confirm.

In-app deletion permanently removes your account and associated data using our delete-profile API, after verifying your active session.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

1. Email the LetsGoal support team from the email address associated with your account.
2. Include your LetsGoal username and clearly state that you want your account and related data deleted.
3. Send your request to letsgoal.support@gmail.com.

What Data May Be Deleted

• Your account and profile information.
• Your login association with Google, Facebook, or email/password sign-in.
• Your goals, progress posts, comments, reactions, follows, and related content, subject to operational or legal requirements.
• Session and authentication records that are no longer needed for security or compliance purposes.

Verification

To protect your account, we may need to verify that the deletion request was made by the account owner before processing it.

Processing Time

In-app deletions are processed immediately when successful. Email deletion requests are typically reviewed within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

Google / Facebook Login Users

If you signed in with Google or Facebook, you may also remove LetsGoal from that provider’s connected-apps settings. Removing the app from Google or Facebook does not automatically delete your LetsGoal account data, so you should still delete your LetsGoal account in-app or contact us directly.
